Tregonissey ‘A’ moved back to the top of the Victory League after blowing away Pelynt 4-1.

Big wins for Ryan Bilson, Jason Cocks and Rich Pearson who knocked in a 35 break followed by a 61 clearance by Barrie McIntosh when trailing Phil Ormond got their points with Richard Broad hammering Martin Knight for the home side.

Bugle ‘A’ got three points at St Neot as Jake Moore’s black-ball victory over Chris Perring followed by Gary Spencer who knocked in a 33 whilst defeating Anthony Maddams. Steve Courts stopped the rot knocking in a 47 to give Andrew Best his first defeat of the season.

Ian Ball’s win over Matt Vessey sealed the victory with Darren Lock’s win over Paul Sturtridge concluding the evening.

Bethel ‘A’ got all five points at Mevagissey ‘B’ all frames were tight especially Matt Green’s respot black win over Ben Rothwell. The visitors just had enough on the night to win.

Great win for St Blazey at home to Mevagissey ‘A’ 3-2. James Popplewell started with a 39 break for the visitors with Mickey Meares replying with a 30 to level things. Steward Dewings beat Matt Mills for the home side with Phil Staley replying, beating Liam Reynolds which left Nick Kendall’s 86-9 victory over Leighton Varcoe to finish the evening.

Mevagissey ‘D’ have jumped up to seventh after beating basement boys Treggy ‘C’ 4-1. Andrew Gooch had a 36 break beating Rich Lakeman, but good wins for James Tomlinson, Scott Mills, Mark Ashton and Ian Latham did the business for the Meva boys.

Andy Reddall of Gorran was so confident of beating Ben Stunnell he promised to buy his teammates a pint if he lost. A 44-2 defeat meant that his wallet had to come out. His teammates did no better with Bethel ‘C’ moved to the top of the table with five points at Mevagissey ‘C’ had the night off.

Natalie Rosevear defeated Rob Garside to get Tregonissey ‘C’s point at home to St Stephen, who remain third wins for Dan Parminter, Chris Brown, Antony Garside and Ady Bowyer sees them handily placed for a title challenge after Christmas.

Lerryn and Lostwithiel had a very tight encounter with the home side edging it 3-2. Matt Woodward, John Hancock and Terry Middleton were their winners with Craig Nicholls and Darren Biggens replying.

Bethel ‘D’ and Bugle ‘C’ fought out another close one with two single point wins. Dayle Dyche beating Nigel Couchman with Mo Roscorla pipping Jason Pascoe. Dave Morshed and Gavin Dyche got two more points for the home side with Kevin Spencer getting Bugle’s other point.
