I interrupted JV whilst he was busy reading the paper in the press room at the masters for this CueView, thankfully JV was more than happy to do it although he did complain a little that he was busy – hmmm ok John

JP –  John Parrott

JP – Don’t have one as I travel all the time for TV, BBC etc.

STBS – Your Highest Break
JP – 147

STBSAre you Left/Right Handed or both
JP – I am right handed

STBS – Bio about yourself (in no more than 200 words)
JP – Former UK, European and World Champion

JP – A small kids table in a friends house I was 6 years old

STBS – At what age did you start playing snooker and why?
JP – 12 years old and immediately hooked!

STBS – What has been your greatest achievement in snooker?
JP – World & Uk Champ in 1991

STBS – Who is the most famous professional player you have played or met? (can be modern or older era)
JP – I have met and played nearly every player In the game of snooker

STBS – Who is your favourite TV commentator?
JP – Dennis Taylor

STBS – What is your Favourite professional player and why?
JP – Ronnie O’Sullivan in full swing genius at work!

STBS – What has been the most memorable snooker match you have ever seen?
JP – Ronnie beating John Higgins in the masters final 10-3 simply flawless and unplayable snooker.

STBS -Who is the most under-rated player in professional snooker?
JP – Graeme dott is the most under rated player.

STBS – Funniest moment in your snooker experience?
JP – Showing millions at home in a live demo how to break off and completely missing the pack

STBS – Who is your bogey player?
JP – Myself LOL

STBS – Do you have any snooker ambitions you still have not achieved?
JP – My only regret was not winning the masters – 3 finals lost to some bloke called Hendry!
